We Figured Out the Build Phase. Now, Let's Solve the Agent Run Phase

The build side is solved: staffed, patterned, demoed. The run is not. Who owns the agent on a Tuesday when its behaviour drifts, the git diff is empty, and the dashboard is still green? Deployed to production is not the same as approved to operate live, and between the two sit four acceptance tracks — security, data, compliance, operations — each needing a named owner. Decision latency has quietly replaced engineering as the bottleneck. An enabling session on what the run phase actually needs: agent registry, gateway, identity, named Day-2 ownership, and a lifecycle plan for systems that keep changing after go-live.
